Subscription & Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

Certain NREMT Prep features may be available through paid subscriptions. Plan terms, pricing, and billing periods are shown at checkout and may change for future billing periods.

2. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically provide a refund for the current period.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription from account settings or through the platform where the subscription was purchased. You may also contact support at support@appslabs.org.

4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for initial subscription purchases. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the first successful paid charge. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

• Requests submitted after the 30-day refund period.
• Renewal charges, unless required by applicable law.
• Failure to cancel before renewal.
• Misuse, abuse, or excessive use before requesting a refund.
• Purchases made through third-party platforms, unless their policy allows a refund.
