By accessing or using NREMT Prep, operated by AppSLabs OU, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides online study tools for NREMT exam preparation, including practice questions, quiz modes, scenario practice, explanations, progress tracking, and related educational content. Features may change over time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute Service content.
• Share, sell, or transfer account access.
• Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated extraction tools.
• Interfere with the Service or attempt unauthorized access.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features may require payment. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including question bank structure, software, graphics, text, and other materials, is owned by the Company or its licensors. You may use the Service only as permitted by these Terms.

NREMT® is a registered trademark of the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians. NREMT Prep is an independent study platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Registry.

The Service is provided for educational and practice purposes only. We do not guarantee any certification result, score, or exam outcome. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law.
